Subreports - Change Subreport Links Resets all the time

Hi guys,

I am using Crystal Reports 6 and my problem is In my report
i have 3 subreports and each and everytime the sub report
links reset and showing me wrong data.Any ideas as to why
this is happening.Is there any way i can keep it fixed
any ideas please!!!

You might want to create parameter fields in your subreports and link to the main report through the parameter fields instead of the ones that crystal generates.

Perhaps you should look into how they are changing?

Do you mean that if you check the links that they have mysteriously disappeared?

That's a very old version of Crystal (current version is 10), so there isn't much support.

Also, are you resetting the links and then saving the report?

Check the Report->Edit Selection Formula in the subreports, perhaps there's something hardcoded in there?

I can't recall if CR 6 used Database->Show SQL Query, if this is directly modified, it could be the culprit as well.
