We are using CR 9 Enterprise that came with our Track-It! application, run on a SQL server.
I created a reported of all completed WO's by requestor and put a subreport in it. The report views and prints fine through Crystal Reports. When the report is viewed through Track-It! you can view and print the main report but when you go to print the subreport (which views fine) it prints the main report.
Main report = 1 group of requestor names with on-demand link to subreport
Subreprot = group header of requestor (linked to main report) and detail sections a and b with all the info.
Any suggestions on what I can look for to fix the printing through Track-It!?
