The subform based on a query repeats the first record of the table in each instance. The main form and the subform are based on the same query. I use a purchase order number on the main form to call up different information on the subform. Everything works fine, except every instance of the subform repeats the 1st record of the table as its first record. Should this happen? Is there a work around besides placing a blank record at the top of the table? I don't want to use the table as the basis for the main form or the subform (which seems to solve the problem) because I need to sort the records with functions in the query. I am using Access 2000. Would it work in Access 2003?
