I have a tab control on the main form, on each tab is a subform.... all bar one works fine but.....
tab 4 and 5 both look at the same table, no problems with 4, but 5 will not save any of the entered data to the table. Is this due to two subforms looking at the same record on the same table, only different fields?
Any advice would me most welcome.
Thanks

Yes having to forms look at the same data at the same time generally gives Access heartburn.

I do not know if it is a practical solution for you but you could put a tab control on a sub form and replace the other two sub forms.

Anther possiblity would be changing the record source of the subforms based on which one is active. I'd have to look to see what event may be appropriate to do this. Let me know if you need more help.

Many thanks for your reply - do time constraints I have spilt the table into two, which has resolved the problem, not the way I wanted to do it, but means that going live this morning will still be achieved
Once again
Many thanks
