I have a database made up of three tables, a main table and then two tables linked to this table by an ID field. I have designed a form to show info from the main table and the related info in two seperate subforms within this form. This all appears to work fine.

For each form I also have a button which sets the data entry property to yes to allow the user to enter additional information and a further button to return to set the data entry property to no once data has been entered. The problem I have is that when I press the second button all the data in the subform is shown not just the related data. Moving between records makes no difference and the subform continues to show all records. Curiously if you switch between design view and form view this problem stops even when you repeat exactly the same steps.

Any help is much appreciated. It's driving me crazy!

subforms/forms are linked through child/master fields. The whole thing works fine as long as you open the form go into design view and come out again if you don't do this the first time you try and add something to the subform the subform starts showing all the records in the table that the form is based on.
