I have a form with a data sheet subform with payroll records. The main form sets the query criteria for the subform query. Now I would like to add a subform to the subform that I can view with that handy little plus/minus on the left. I can get there mostly, but the problem I have is that the plus/minus comes and goes as I open and close the form. I can get it to come back by going to design form. But I wan't the user to see the plus sign so they can add a record. I have set the relation of the record in the subform to the record in the subform that I want to view with the plus/minus sign, to a one to one. IE: one payroll entry to one Work performed entry. I am using a related table so that only users who want to use the Work performed field can open and close this field.
Is there a better way in a datasheet subform?
