I created a library catalogue using Access and the main form to enter details includes a subform to assign subject keywords for each item catalogued e.g. a book. The subform is connected to table containing the Subject Keywords. There is no limit to the number of subject keywords I can assign an item catalogued.
My problem is that randomly the subject keyword selected changes to the one above. This happens randomly where out of 10 items catalogued I might have problems with 2 or 3 items. For example I catalogued an item recently and choose 1 keyword - plagiarism. When I printed the report, plagiarism appeared 3 times. Sometimes if I choose 6 keywords, 2 or 3 will be duplicated in the one record.
In some instances, after I've selected a keyword from the table linked to the subform, it changes while I'm still in that record but if I go back one record and then back to the original record, I've found that it displays what I originally selected. Do I have a bug?
