Hi,

Got a strange problem here that I'm struggling with.

I have a fair size database that I've recently converted to Access2000.

One problem I cannot solve is with a form that contains two subforms. This works okay in 97 but if I try to delete a record from the first subform it just freezes on me.

I've already checked all relationships and integrity.

Any ideas??

Have you tried turning off "Perform name AutoCorrect" in Tools > Options > General tab? I've had subform problems before--mysterious ones--because of that. Plus, it just slows everything down & mucks it up...

Also, have you tried importing all the objects out of your existing, converted mdb into a new, empty mdb file? You can import relationships automatically, all you have to add is startup, db properties, and code references such as DAO. (which, by the way, must be explicitly set and declared in 2000).
