SubForm Design

I have a form with a subform that shows the address of the selected client. My question is.... Why does the subform show up looking like a table and not the form, and how do I change it?

I normally create a form based upon my subform data source first. Then while using the subform insertion wizard. I select the form created. This always works for me although I may have to adjust or play with the sub-form sizing.
