I have an existing Domino domain called gst in the internet domain xyz.com. I have set up another domain for our company's branch in sweden with domain name gstsw in the internet domain sweden.xyz.com 9 a subdomain to xyz.com). Both domain are expected to route mails to each other and also send mails directly to the internet for the users. In the DNS records definition I have set up the 2 domains as follows:
xyz.com MX Pref 10
sweden.xyz.com MX Pref 20
The problem is that when a mail is sent to a user on the xyz.com domain (aaa@xyz.com) an error message appears on the sweden.xyz.com domain console "error relaying message to xyz.com domain due to policy restriction". This will not allow the message to reach xyz.com. What can I do?
