SUB Report showing in a wrong place

Hi!
I had almost finished Report with 2 subs.
And of course ran into issue.
I have Main and 2 sub reports.
Second sub is the summary of the 2 and suppose to be printed at the last page like standalone page.

I have Page Header that has Report Name and PersonalID.
Than I have JobID section Header where all the info is. main and Sub#1.
I have JibID Footer where Total is.
I had placed Summary Report into Report Footer.

It appearing on a middle of the last PersonalID.
So all 120 pages looks fine and last PersonalID is split by Summary page...

Please, help.

P.S. I am moving this Summary for about an hour...or more.

It happening for the LAST Record ONLY!

I did go and set Report Footer to the Force New Page After - No luck!
