We just installed a 200ICP AX controller. The customer does not have a console. We can not seem to get wake-ups, nite service, and room restrictions to work. We have buttons programmed for the features but they do nothing. The only one that seems to do anything is "Wake Up Alarm" which only allows you to enter an extension and then calls that room. If this is proper operation it seems useless since a direct extension dial would do the same thing. Are we missing something in COS?

Can you be more explicit about having keys programmed

What type of keys exactly for each case?

Do you still need answers

He must have fallen asleep. And darn wakeup calls aren't working to boot!

Thank You for the input but we got our answer. This is the first time we installed a subattendant on this controller. We usually install consoles. We were not aware that the subattendant set has to be a 5340 IP Phone. Once we swapped the 5330 originally installed with a 5340 life was good.
Once again thank you for your help.
