[IPO} Hello, today our agents were experiencing terrible stuttering audio on incoming calls, we rebooted IPO hardware and server and still have the issue... I looked at our time servers and one NIST internet time servers we use is temp down, so I changed that one to another in Avaya Manager, saved and merged.. Could this be the issue? If so, does it require a hard reboot? Thanks in advance.
