Stuttered Dial Tone instead of Lamp On

I have a user that gets a stuttered dial tone instead of a lamp on when they have a message waiting. Been looking at the CLS settings & I think I'm having a bad Monday. Anyone see what I am missing? Here's the TN:

LPA would be it if the phone were analog, but the set printed is digital. Are we sure this is the right phone?

The set is a 2006 Digital, not analog.

No, warning tone indicates someone with barge in capability is barging in.

You must have printed the wrong phone as a M2006 is a Single line digital phone and it can not get stutter dial tone.

Verify you have the right DN.

Yes - that's exactly what I thought; I've never pulled analog DT on a digital set either.

Think I will OUT it & build on another TN.

You can't build a digital phone on an Analog TN.

Print the DNB of the phone your trying to work and post here.

You may have more then 1 TN programmed with the same DN.

Hmmm...

I don't see that the DN is built to an analog TN at all.
I'm going to test a new handset right at the TN instead of in the office to see what happens B4 I go to the trouble of outing it.

By any chance, is there a digit stuck on the dial pad and every time you lift the handset, you are hearing Fast Busy because it is trying to dial an invalid digit?
