I need help with an issue we are having with providing stutter tone to analog sets for message wait. Here is the senerio:

We have a M1 CS1000. We are using Call Pilot for our Message Center from a remote Location. Our path is via PRI TIEs to an SL100. Some of the analog sets on the M1 recieve stutter tone for message wait. Others do not. I copied a set that recieves the stutter tone. I also set up the mailbox the same as the known good. I get no stutter on the new set. I have also ensured that CLS is MWA and LPD. Is there a limit that is provided? Any information will help. Thanks In Advance

Disregard my post. As I was typing away a light bulb came on. There is a table on the SL100 side called Message Route. The tuple on that table did not cover the entire DID range. I adjusted the range to the proper range. BINGO stutter is now provided to all sets in the DN range. Maybe this will help others that encounter this issue in the future. Thanks for the responses!!
