Stupid question -- somehow, my menu and tool bars in the VBA editor in Excel got turned off. I can't figure out how to turn them back on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Aaron

OK, I want to know how you turned all of them off! You can turn off all the toolbars off, EXCEPT for the main menubar. Even going into Customize and trying to explicitly turn it off, I couldn't.

You could do it with code I suppose, but....why would you do that?

Are you saying you have absolutely NO menus at all?

Gerry

I have no menus at all in the editor. And I have no idea how I did it -- I recently upgraded this machine from Office 2000 to Office 2003 and it may have been during that transition. I have menu bars in my main excel window, but not in my VBA editor window.....

So....nothing? No menus, no buttons to run anything, just a blank window?

Have you tried using Alt-V to get the View menu drop down, then select toolbars? Can you use ANY keyboard shortcuts?

Gerry

Hi AGlazer,

Have you permanently lost them? I have had this happen a few times in Office 2K. I don't know what causes it but they have always come back when I close and reopen the VBE.

Enjoy,
Tony
