Stupid ISDN question?

Long story|short version

2 Home office users connecting to on office ISDN router(cabletron)

Both users say that have connection interuptions and quit using.

I come in look at user 1 connections, looks good. He starts using again with no problems.

user 2 sees this and now wants connection looked at.

Question???
Is it possible that both users trying to connect at same time could knock each other off?

Not likely, once the connection is established all should remain connected, until released. “Reserve your right to think, for even to think wrongly is better than not to think at all”
