Stuck Ringing Call Appearance

I have a few hotels setup with IP 406 and 412 system. They are using the Duvoice voicemail system. On occasion they get an issue where one phone locks up its call appearance. You have the phone icon on that appearance like there is a call there and it never goes away. Also when a call rings the huntgroup that phone wont ring. You answer the call on another extension and when you hang up, the phone with the stuck line will start ringing. This only happens on front desk phones. Any one else experiencing something like this??
 
I had this happen once. I unplugged the port on the IP Office associated with that phone, rebooted the IP Office, and that fixed the issue. It didn't recur either.
 
I usually remove all call appearances from the extension, save config, then put them back and save. THis always fixes the problem but eventually it comes back.
 
Are they running 3.2 59 by any chance?

This is a known issue, there is a PB to fix it on the way, i dont think it has landed yet though.

I dont have the CQ number to hane im afraid.

I still think this may be a bug in that version, speak to your distributor who will be able to investigate.
