Stuck files in Unchecked folder 2

Mailsweeper v4.3_10 running on W2000 Advanced Server SP3.
Getting quite a few stuck files in the UNCHECKED folder. Happens during normal operation, but also seems to happen when we release 'blocked image' E-mails using CS Remote Manager web front end.
When we get 100 stuck file pairs, email service stops completely.

STKs match an RCP but no MSG ????

Probably have an AV doing 'on access'scanning of the Unchecked folder....

Your version of MSW is very old - a few patches have since been released which address various issues, including the issue of certain spam email formats getting stuck, as well as some archive and pdf format issues as well.

You would need to go to 4.3_12 (SP2) then add the 4.3_17 hotfix.

Still, it is most likely an AV issue as pointed out to you above.
