Structure query for labels

Hi. I have a database for our 4-H group. I have FamilyID, FirstName, LastName, Active, Address, etc. I have made an expression that combines the FirstName and LastName and that works fine. What I want to do now, is make labels where all the combined FirstName/LastName for a given FamilyID are concatonated and then I can add the rest of the address.

For example, if I had :
FamilyID = 1 John Smith Address: 555 Anywhere St...
FamilyID = 1 Joe Smith Address: 555 Anywhere St...

FamilyID = 2 Jane Doe Address: 222 Somewhere
FamilyID = 2 June Doe Address: 222 Somewhere

I would like the labels to show:

John Smith and Joe Smith
555 Anywhere St...

and

Jane Doe and June Doe
222 Somewhere

I can't quite get it figured out

any help would be really appreciated
