string of ids

I am passing in a string of ids to crystal reports from coldfusion e.g. (345,234,454)
The '{dbtable.fieldname} IN [{?parameterx}]' formula gives me the error "The array must be subscripted". Please help as I can find no reference on this.

Could there be a syntax issue - i.e. what you're passing in is not able to interpeted as an array?

If this is the case, something like this may work:

I have added the switch..seems i have another problem. The db.field is a numberic value. The error that I now get it is 'A boolean is required here' with the passed in string part where i added switch.
