Is there a way to have music streaming from some internet source to my BCM system. It appears you can, has it worked for you and what did you do?

The streaming option on BCM allows you to stream the music from another BCM system. I don't know any way to stream a kind of web-radio or something.

cool, thanks. I managed to load some wav files on the hdd and that will work for MOH

Have you found any way to adjust the volume on the music you uploaded? On a BCM 50 I have it is way too loud. Callers complained about it so much, we changed to the beeps on hold instead.

Tried decreasing the volume in the file before I uploaded it, but it seems like the BCM is amplifying it for some reason.

Just an update -- Nortel released a new patch for BCM 50 Release 2.0 systems yesterday, BCM050.R200.041-IPMUSIC, that allows you to set the volume of tracks you upload to the system. Installed it this morning, uploaded the tracks again, and it works great!
