How do I change the extension number assigned to a certain phone? Do I do it from WinAdmin software on the actual device? And how do I do it?

Well, you have to do it in Winadmin,
Question- is there a vm box attached to this extension.
All you need to is goto station assignments and select the extension you want to change. Look for a change extension# tab and that should do it.
There are other steps you need to follow if it is a station with VM.

Well if they have vm then you have to make sure ther ID set code. you might want to ask them if they want to keep there Phone ext. and vm ext. the same. If they do you will have to go into VM and create a new Mailbox. It s just easier for the user.
