Strange Voicemail Time Problem

I have a new Server Edition install.

Through the web interface, I have the time set as Chicago. This should be GMT -6. When I log into voicemail pro, the time shows correct on the bottom bar. The phones have the correct time. Voicemails are time stamped an hour ahead. When I log into system status for the server, it says chicago -5 winter. The time shows correct. When I log into my expansion unit, it says chicago -6 winter. The time shows correct.

Anyone have a clue on this?
 
After working with Avaya support for a couple of weeks, here is what fixed it. I had to change to a different city in the time zone section of the Server Edition web management, reboot the voicemail, change back to the correct city, and reboot voicemail again.
