I have a customer who is having a strange issue with VM Pro. They have a user built to play a 'plant status' message and disconnect. This is setup using the Generic action pointing to a wav file. When any change is made and saved in VM Pro, this wav file gets overwritten with an old wav that was used during the initial system setup. They have to upload the correct wav back to the VM Pro folder to fix this. Why is this happening?

Check your wavs folder on the management PC. I've seen it where local wav files are uploaded to the server when saving, which overwrites the proper greeting with the old one. If it is on the management PC just delete it.

Or you can rename the wav on the server (once it is verified to be correct) and point the generic block to the newly named file.

Or do both.
