Strange TW Voicemail Issue

Greetings !!

We are running a 3300 with TW for our many remote users. One of which is having a strange voicemail issue. All internal calls are being forwarded to another user's extension (another TW) instead of her vm box on busy/no answer. External calls, however, are being routed to her vm box properly. This is the only user that is having this issue. I have triple checked her Call Rerouting Alternatives and COS settings and all appears well. I was looking for any suggestions and wondering if anyone has experienced this phenomonon.

For Future Reference, the Maintenace command:

Locate Feature Extension XXXX

will identify features that are active on the phone.
