strange security problem

Can anyone please tell me why I am getting this message and what I can do to fix it?

"Sorry, you are not authorised to view the material in this part of the web site.

If you try again make sure you have session cookies enabled on your machine."

The username/password are mine and I have other codes that are similar to this asp but are working.
Please help, this is URGENT


 
Recheck your set permissions in IIS and the filesystem.
 
got some code. Have you ensured that you have cookies enabled like the error states? Was it something I said?

Boy, this forum is the best.
The response is RAPID!
I forgot that I had a separate login page.
You can perform all administrative tasks from this page including but not limited to changing username/passwords.
I wish Sharepoint portal server forum is good as this one.
