Strange problem

Hi everyone

I have a strange problem with an Aria SoHo 9/32.
Sometimes, when the digital extension 101 terminates a communication, the Digital extension 104 start doing a busy tone alone, or a call-back tone is initiated on the OP (100) and vice versa.
The system is in the last version 3,9 Cb and I don't know what to do.
For info: the 101 and 104 are programmed as call pick-up group, but I deactivated this fonction and the problem is still there.
Any suggestion will be very appreciated

check brandy output , or do a 450 sys reset to see if it cures the issue

Thanks montyzummer for your answer, I tried a cold reset, the problem appears less often now, but it's still here.
What do you mean by brandy output?

its the rs232 connection on the main board and you log in with a serial cable
