what login are you using for web access?
what user-profile is your login associated with?
is there a webProfile for this user-profile?
what emulator are you using to telnet? what port?
have you tried putty?

Did this ever work (web login)
Did telnet and ssh always drop?
Do telnet and ssh drop when connecting over a modem?

Sounds like time for a server reboot

It is not easy to reboot system. we must get approved to do this. Do you known how to restart http service ?

Login to the shell and do statapp. Check if Tomcat service is running.

Code:
root@S8300> ps -eaf | grep -i http

using service httpd status , get no such command message.

is my dadmin account cannot use 'service' command .

Thanks

dadmin cannot do this. You will need to reboot the server or get some help.
