Strange Problem With 302D and DXS sets

Yesterday, I had to move two attendants to new locations. Each use a 302D console with a DXS on the side. I moved the first one with no issues. The second person moved to where the first person used to sit, so I know that the cabling is fine because it was working prior to the move.

Here's the problem: The 302D display is not lighting up, and the DXS is dead.

I have done the following:
- Rewired the station from switch port to phone jack several times.
- Swapped the console & DXS with known "working" units.
- Removed the station from the switch and re-added it.
- Replaced cables from the power brick and the DXS cable.

None of these have solved the issue and it is driving me crazy. Any ideas?

We use a G650 and an S8500, if that helps.

Sounds like a power issue to me. Make sure you have 48V across pins 7 and 8.

Thanks, phoneguy55. I will test the voltage on those pins to be sure. What's got me puzzled is that the console was working fine just minutes before moving it into the cube next to it...and the console that was in that location before it working fine as well.

I assume you have pressed the white reset button on the side?

The power levels are OK.

I have pressed the white reset button on the side.

I am at a loss.
