We have two Exchange 2k SP1 machines using Windows 2K Advanced Server, each a different name. Recently we have been receiving the following error when we try to send to one particular company:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Email problems
Sent: 4/17/2002 1:45 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'user@company.com' on 4/17/2002 1:45 PM
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.
<xxx.xxx.com #5.7.1>

The weird part is that this is only happening through one domain, the other has no problem sending to this particular company.

Any ideas?

Did you ever get an answer for this? It's happening to us to. This is NOT a case of SMTP relay problems...

We never did find out exactly what was causing this error. We just routed all outgoing mail through the server that had no problems and left it at that.
