Hi
Just joined this forum in the hope someone out there has had this fault before.
Scenario:
ISDN ( users DDI) comes into gateway 3300 (1) and gets passed across the network to which ever server the users is programmed on. When the user is logged
in he rings and the call forward activates when it should.
Issue is when the user isn't logged in ( Hot desker) the DDI call gets a nu tone. Internal the call forwarding still works. Which would point
you towards the ISDN, but if we put the system into failover mode and the ISDN comes into gateway 3300 (2) it works fine.
The systems are SDS and use the same COS. I think all the IP trunk stuff is ok because it works when the user is logged in. Ive just swapped the T1E1 card
just in case but the issue is still there. Ive compared the 3300 (1) and 3300 (2) trunks and all set the same.
Please help: Running out of ideas
Thanks
