Strange issue with SCN and twinning

I've set up a test SCN with my IP500v2(Call it IP1, the other IP2).

When I call ext 101 from any other ext in IP1, the twin works fine, dials my cellphone and all is peachy.

but when I call ext 101 from IP2 *Any extension*, then my phone does not ring (incl cell), goes to voicemail. Am I missing something here? Extension settings appear normal, twinning isn't rocket science, my SCN trunk works just fine as non twinned extensions ring fine.

Do I need to step out of this box?

Usually a CLI issue.
