Really strange issue but some of our staff reporting when they ring certain customers and then the customer actually puts us on hold our staff hear our own hold music and not the customers? We are on IPOffice 9,1 with SIP trunks through gamma. When the customer side take us off hold they loose the call. Anyone ever comes across this

Any help appreciated if everyone is not down the pub already

Have a look at your own SIP lines 'Local Hold Music' setting - though if I read the help description correctly, it sounds likes its the customer's own equivalent setting that causes you to hear your own music.

Try enabling Re-Invite support. It may be that some of the changes of media/media path occurring when put on hold require re-invite to be negotiated when they want to re-establish the call.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Thanks guys I recall this patch and we are not on this version so will get it upgraded thanks for your quick input and have a great Christmas
