Strange Happenings During Remote Dial Up Access 2

I am getting into a MICs 4.1 remotely with dial up using Norstar ICS Programming Tools.
This system also happens to have a hunt group which is being answered by the auto attendant then going into a CCR.

The problem I am experiencing is that whenever I access the MICS remotely, the call is not being answered by the right auto attendant greeting and not being passed to the CCR tree.

I have another MICS with multiple AA Greetings and Trees and no matter which number I call I only get the one AA greeting and tree. (Again - only when I am remotely accessing for programming)

Any ideas why this happens? Is this normal?

How bizzare!
Somebody else posted a similar problem too.
How do you access the RAD?
Which tool are you using ... remote set, browser?
Wonder what the relationship is between the voicemail and the AA/CCR?

Via Dial up using a line on the system
It happens when I am using the browser and the OLP feature.
I have not checked using any other tool as I just noticed this and am busy trying to get some decent OLP data.. What an arduous process...
Yes, it does seem a bit bizarre.

I have not gotten into the CCR tree to look yet but I am going to guess that it is choosing the very 1st of everything AA Greeting and CCR.

Sorry I did not notice a previous post. Perhaps I'll go look for that to see if there was any resolution.

You will also have this kind of problem with CALL CENTER if using the browser. Agents will not be able to log in. Somebody goofed again.

Marv01- You're making me nervous... I just installed a 3.1 enhanced call center on a 150 today, using the browser exclusively. Everything seemed to work when I was done. Can you elaborate?

It works when you finish it is while you arew programming that it gets disabled for the duration of the remote session

Sure. You've got to disable a skillset to modify it. Is that what you mean, or is this something else?

this is something else.
Even if you are not modifying it, but are remote programming something else, anything at all, the feature quits working while you are in programming.
So say you got in remotely to add or modify a station, the NAM features would not be functioning properly while you are in programming from the remote location

Rik, a bit more info for you. I was using the RAD that I always carry with me as a tool. I was directly connected to it with my laptop. While doing a backup of the MICS, all was fine. Using REMOTE SET TOOL, all was fine. Using the BROWSER tool was the only time that created problems.
Agents could NOT log in.
That's just not a good situation to have. Shame on them.

I have now verified it at a second location while using the BROWSER remotely just to test. One site is MICS 7.0 XC, and the other site is MICS 7.1
