Strange file in System Vol info.????

Hi,
I've been using file sharing programs Kazaa etc. without any problems.
Now i've started using Imesh and i have noticed that a strange file keeps being uploaded by other users.(A0042279.exe) This happens about every couple of hours.
Using windows search i can't find this file at all.....but while doing a defrag i noticed it was in the System Volume Info. file.
Do you think this is a trojan of some sort as a full virus scan detects nothing.

Try scanning your system with ad-aware which will find spyware and tauscan which will find trojans. Kazaa is full of spyware so don't be surprised by all the junk you find!
