Strange error on Form Open

I am getting a error message when I try to load a form that says there is a control on the form that the Database doesn't recognize and will ignore, when I click Ok..the form will not open. I can't open it in any type of view??

Any ideas??

If you can not get the form to open in design view the only suggestion that I can give you would be to try to repair and compact the database and then see if you can open the form in design view.

Tried that STeve..no luck...thanks for the suggestion. I have never seen a error message like this one before
