Strange DN Type

I've got 2 DN's here that I tried to use for a phone that were already in use. Try to dial them and I get an fast busy. So I tried printing them out and came out with:

DN 8101
TYPE T100

DN 8102
Type REFO

Has anyone ever heard of this before? Is safe to delete these DN's and if so HOW????
