Strange disconnect problem

I am currewntly having an issue my 1 of my offices that is connecteding to my Citrix farm over a DSL connection. They are coming in through secure Access Manager/MSAM, and connecteing to my Presentation 3.0 farm. They get disconnected at random times for no reason... I have had the ISP check the line multiple times adn it is coming back clear as a bell. ANy ideas/suggestions??

Look and see if ant users have offline file caching swithed on.

I have a similar problem. This Offline File Caching is it on the server or the clients WK?

Server. You will need to login to a desktop as each.

Sorry for being a little slow on this but I need to login as the user to a desktop and then turn off the offline file cahe?
