Strange Caller List

Hi,

I have an Succession Rls 4.0 with Caller List, Personal Directory, RL enabled.
On Telephone Options/Call Log Options/ I have LogMode: unanswered and New Call Indication: On.
The problem is when I receive a call and the call was answered, on telephone display appears "1 New Caller(s)". This is not an normal situation.
Somebody have an ideea how to resolv this strange problem?

i get new callers count up to 100 calls, if that call is a repeat caller the number does not increase..

Hi johnpoole,

The problem is when I answer to a call on Caller List appears "1 new caller(s)" and the call (the number,date,time) should not be in Caller List.

When I don't want to answer or I'm not in the office the Caller List is OK, the missed calls are logged.

i do get callers list recorded on answered calls, it's been that way since 3.0 upgrade.. running firmware 24.87. has yours changed lately?
