Hi, one of our locations using our Avaya (Aura 6.1) has a very strange problem where randomly, outgoing call log entries are logged as "FR. 0.10" when opening the details of the log it shows the correct number that was dialled, but there is no common number. I am now tracing the TAC and am waiting for the error to appear again, but wonder if there is a page I should be checking to see for this strange entry.
Also, this call log appears like this on the Avaya 9630 call log as-well as the Avaya One-X Communicator log, so I assume this is being generated by the system or by the provider?
This also happens to all users located at that one location.
