Hi,
I'm dealing with some strange behavior with an IP Office 500 v2 systems that started after a power fail. First off, the system is running 10.0.0.0.0 and is on a good UPS.
After the original power fail that outlasted the UPS, users with digital sets reported no system access tone and were unable to place or receive internal (or external) calls. A reboot fixed that up. A few days later the analog extensions had the same issue. This time we were able to confirm extensions on a Combo Card and Phone 2 card both had issues. Again a reboot resolved the issue.
With a tech on site, all modules and SD card were pulled and reseated. When the system was powered up the analog extensions were not working. Loop current and voltage were tested and are normal. Monitor does not show anything when placing a call, when calling an analog extension from a digital one it rings and then says busy wrap up. At this point, we recreated the SD card, and when the system came back had the same problem. Another reboot and everything is working...for now.
Monitor and System Status do not show any errors when there are problems.
Has anyone encountered something like this? What else should I try?
Thanks!
