Hi,
On a form I designed I have four fields that are looked up based on an ID number. I want to be able to query the table and sort by the four fields that I am using DLookUp for. How do you force DLookUp to store the value it finds to a given field in the table?

Thanks,
Dave

You can declare a public variable in a module to store the value of your DLookup, then it can be used anywhere in the MDB. The variable can only be used during the current session though, is that an issue? Or do you have to store it in a table so that it is there the next time the DB is open?
