Can someone help me with using "nsrjb" to resolve the output below? Every time I get these errors have to 1. open the L700 jukebox, 2. Remove the media from the drive(s), 3. power off the jukebox from about 15 seconds, 4. power jukebox back on, then continue unloading tapes; there has to be a way to have nsrjb do this remotely, no? Not powering the jukebox off, etc., but removing the the media from the drives via nsrjb with -flags?

IMHO the problem is that you're trying to unload a tape whose slot has been occupied by another tape.
Try to reset the library (nsrjb -H), and then reInventory all (nsrjb -Iv)

Hope it helps

sounds like there could be a jukebox (j/b) driver issue.

The problem is that NetWorker sent a signal to the j/b to unload the drives, but the j/b did not complete or did not even perform the operation.

You should visually inspect your j/b while the unmount starts to see if the robotic arm actually moves, if the tape is actually being rewonded, etc... If it is doing something, it could be that you need to increase the j/b's unload and eject sleep counters. This is not unusual for some tage devices.
