Hi All,

I'm developing a crystal report which is called from a VB6 GUI and uses a
Stored Procedure in a SQL database.
When I create the report all of the stored procedures appear in the database
expert with ;1 after them.
The tables and views are fine and have nothing appended to them.

I'm struggling with this because when I change the report's connection
information, I would like to refer to the stored procedure by it's proper
name.

Why is this so, and can I sort this out so that the tables appear with their
proper names?

Thanks

Alex

In Database expert...if you slowly click on the sp name 2 times you should be able to edit the name to rid it of the ";1"

Thanks.

Any ideas why this gets appended to the name?

I've seen this before once, with an Access ADP.
Once I'd connected to the SQL database, everything had ;1 appended to it. I solved the problem by installing a service pack.

I haven't the slightest idea why this ";1" appears.
