no i didn't do anything on my exchange server and the problem is that the store.exe takes 100% after I sended a message from intern to an extern mail address

let me know what you can do on it

thanks ,Steven

The first thing I would do is defrag your exchange store. There are several threads on how to do this.

Also what virus software are you using on your exchange server? There are several known issues with your symptoms.

Also, check out this KB article from MS

let me know if you work it out

I just spent the past 20 hours working on the exact same issue with about 6 of them on the phone with Microsoft tech support. As I've learned, it could be a number of things from a corrupt database to a corrupt E00.log file. Mine happened to be the later and, in my case, the best solution was to:

1) do a hard repair using eseutil.exe /p
2) do a defrag using eseutil.exe /d
3) run isinteg -fix multiple times until everything was fixed.

I would suggest that you call the Microsoft tech support line. It's about $250 but well worth it since they'll identify what the problem is and the best way to recover.
