SBS2003, Exchange 2003, 2GB RAM.
I am getting the following alert:
"The store.exe process is allocating more memory than usual."
I have searched and have not found a fix, just some articles about disabling the alert and that this is normal behavior after applying SP1. This may be considered "normal" but it is affecting performance.
After getting the notifications checked Task Manager and store.exe was using over 900,000K.
I restarted store service (and the other dependents) and it now is using 60,400K and increasing. I am now having to stop and restart these services nightly.
The store is huge - over 19GB (don't ask). I upped the limit to 25 using a MS article that explains how so that is OK.
Is there a fix? I recently edited boot.ini for /3GB and /USERVA=3030 but then found where they do not recommend this because it is also a domain controller. I reset it but have not rebooted yet.
