Storagetek 9310 LSM still offline

Hello Team

I'm in nightmare since this afternooon with my beautiful STK 9310, the library stay still OFFLINe and not available for ACS and dataprotector backup.
Try many IPL and warm reboot LCU and LMU but the unit still stay offline,in my LCU have "OFFLINE" Yellow light ON ,and "Proc active" light Green ON.
All IPL are fine with no errors and without FSC on the library.

The LMU for me is like a black box (i know some basic command by the CSE port) and my question is:
The LMU may be incriminated or it's communication failure between LMU and LCU ?
Does anyone has experienced this case by the past,
I join a capture from the LMU CSE Port:command LI ALL

Hi Guys
More news for this case, the library was still offline because there is a calibration pb with hand 01
after replace it, library goes online and ready to work again.

For me it's closed now

That's good news... always try to look at the logs... the logs are very good...

sometimes they also go in a downgrade state... open/closing the small key door - also helps...

once again well done!

Your first action with getting a 9310 status report is to log into the LMU utiliy <UTL> envionment.
Type ST DEV=0 (where the zero means LSM 0, change as required).
You will get a report on the status of all important parts, either OK (which is good) or INOP (which is bad).
