I archive all my files but I have one shared folder that I do not want to archive. The shared folder needs to have all the old files available so that others can reference them. I haven't been able to find a way short of using rules. If anyone knows a way please let me know. I would be most appreciative.

Thanks...Grey

Archiving in itself is a manual process so there should be no issues with the folder in question. If your system is auto-archiving then that is a different situation, and there is no facility to exclude/include specific folders.

Maybe a library would better fit your needs.
