We run Citrix MF XP FR3 on W2K SP4.

I have one user who continually calls when she logs in and says, "Hey, it says I've got two (or three) active sessions."

How can I force her to log off correctly, or at least limit her to one session? I can, of course, go into CMC and log out the extra sessions, but would like to hear some solutions.

Any advice appreciated!

Extreme action :- cut hands off.

Probable one is to set the maximum number of connections to her app/desktop to 1.

I like the extreme action plan!

I changed the settings in "concurrent sessions" and setup a policy in CMC, so I'll let you know how that works.

Thanks!

Have you considered using session sharing so each of her launched applications uses the same session on the same server. This happens by default, unless your published applications have different settings for:

Encryption Type
Audio (on/off)
Color Depth
Display Size
